What's the platform fee?
{{fee}} of paid tickets and offers on Free. Pro is {{pro}} a month with no platform fee. Card processing is separate on both plans and passed through at cost. Free RSVPs have no fee.
Can guests join for free?
Yes. Guests never need a paid plan to RSVP. A host may set a ticket price for a gathering or a price for an offer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription in Me → Plan. Cancel before your next renewal; your current plan stays active through the paid period.
When do I get paid?
Guests pay by card when they buy a ticket or join your Circle, and the money goes to your payout account minus your plan's platform fee, and minus the service fee if you chose to cover it.[Payout timing]
Who handles refunds?
You do, with a rule you pick for each paid gathering or Circle: full refund until 24 hours before, until 7 days before, or no refunds. Guests see your rule before they pay, and anything you cancel is refunded in full.
